Today I took a picture of a cat. This cat is a regular at the back of our kitchen. He's one of about 6 cats. I dont exactly remember when them cats started hanging out by the kitchen.But today I saw a cutie little kitty cat! Must be this cat's baby. So it's been that long I guess...Saturday, Sabado...translation, Joel will be coming home early from work, we're going somewhere,eat,window shop and have coffee at a fave hang-out. But right now, Ava's just fallen asleep on the mat and Alyssa's munching away those grapes crouched beside Ava. January and February seemed to swooshed by passed me this year so it's all crunched into this past one week. And now Alyssa's crouching in front of the electric fan drying her curly hair. It's not easy taking care of a 1 month old and 3-year-old babies. But it's fun and superduper enjoyable. This week Alyssa has reclaimed her title of being the baby of the family. Ava cries, she cries along with her. Ava wants her milk, Alyssa also wants her milk. Good thing I seemed to have suddenly grown 1 more extra arm to do 5 things at the same time. AVa...she drinks 32 oz of milk everyday!!! Oh yeah, she's big. And last night she actually slept from 11.30pm to 6am! And Alyssa, she's my Ate (big) baby honeybunchies. Sign of the times: 3 days ago, while I was feeding Ava, big baby sis, Alyssa was playing "This little piggy..." with Ava's toes. It was okay...she went "this little piggy with to market, this little piggy went to school..." But then she went "This little piggy went to BTC (Banilad town center) and this little piggy went to Ayala...church...to the beach" . So like okaaaayyyy. Poor little babe, she hasnt been to the beach for months now. But after Ava's christening next week, it's off to the beach for the four of us! And Alyssa has let grandma Luisa buy her every sand digging and sand castle building equipment there is in the market. This week (and the weeks since last year), I have vowed to regularly exercise and go on strict diet. Ya sure!!! Wednesday night I had 2 slices of cake, a chicken pie and a big glass of frappuccino!!! (We go out on Wednesdays coz it's like the weekend in the middle of the week for us). Alyssa's now eating crackers and tuna spread with eyes so sleepy. But starting today, I swear on my sexy body, I'll stick to my regular exercise regimen and balanced diet. huhuhuhhahahahahaha... This blog's boring me.
And you would think I'd stop. He he he he. this week, 2 friends of mine, Chinette and Guada, came to our house. These girls are long time friends of mine, as in chummy chummy friends since elementary school in SPC. We did voice chat with friends of ours from Arizona. We had such a blast!!! you know, trying to fit our faces into the webcam and doing tsismis and chika and all. Then we went to Mcdonald's. Hehehehe, cute huh? Ive taken tons of pictures of Ava. Ive memorized new lullabies by Celine Dion and composer Brahm. Ive switched to a local shampoo and conditioner, firstly coz the Megastar's daughter endorse them and coz they're actually good for my chemically treated locks. hehehehe. Mch info for you? Here's more. Alyssa's raiding the refrigerator again. Wednesday we finally got our playgroup going! 2pm we went to Mika's house for the kids to play. I brought along Alyssa's dollhouse and guess what. Mika wanted to play with Alyssa's dollhouse and Alyssa with Mika's kitchen stand. Poor Youri, he was the only buy in the group. but next week there will be 3 more kids and we're going to another house. It's gonna be a weekly thing for us now. The moms are my bike budz. Mika's grandma made this delicious pasta with yummy white sauce and I think Lalaine finished the white sauce...or was it me. Today's the first day of my strict balanced diet remember? And there was salad. I believe I finished that one. My diet starts today. Seriously. It was fun cramming into one small car with the kids and the moms. Joel is giving us the car a day each week for the playgroup! Hurray! The birth of the soccer moms...Finally Alyssa's laying down next to Ava!There are now 4 Mr. Bean the animated series showing consecutively every night on Disney Channel. I think they've replaced That's So Raven for awhile. Early this morning, the water supply stopped. dont know why. So my 2 little kids here havent taken their morning bath...which also means I havent too. And it's so darn hot hot hot outside. And oh! Election season huh? Right? You can tell. Lots of candidates in town right now. Convoys with sirens ablazing...oh yeah, they do that speeding down your lane going the opposite way thingy...And what's funny, Joel told me last night that a friend of his in Manila texted him "that my (his friend's) friend, G**a is in Cebu today and if he (Joel), (by some twisted reason) wanna help G**a campaign, the friend in Manila will text G**a and introduce him to Joel. Duh? Now why would we wanna do that? Coz he's an actor? and like we've not met him at parties in Ormoc and biked with him and like G**a didnt approach Joel at Mandaue recla to make chika about the remote control airplane joel was flying?We just dont wanna get involved in politics. NOthing personal really. Afterall the guy's married to a friend who's super nice. I need to go to SM.I need to check out those do-it-yourself kinda of shelves for alyssa's toys. I need to find a "What to Expect During the First (Baby) Year" book. A friend of mine has one but her kid's just 8 mons old so she's still using the book. It's not actually much about me getting to go out to the mall, it's actually much about having Joel with us just wasting away our time in the mall or coffeeshop. And Ive started to watch "Sunok" a korean telenovela on KBS (korean channel on cable). The usual love story. Yesterday, Mijo, tried to kill herself coz she's so in love with Injo, boyfriend of Sunok (and supposedly the "culprit"of Sunok's rumored pregnancy). HALA BIRA!!! And Injo's mom confronted Sunok about being a bad girl for getting pregnant with her son and that Sunok is just after their wealth blah blah blah and Sunok's aunt got so insulted that she slapped Injo's mother! And the mystery of it all is that...tsangtsararannnggg...Sunok would neither confirm or deny her pregnancy...! SWaK! ...Injo is obviously in love with Sunok but I think they had a falling out during the past episodes which I didnt see.ohhhhh but it gets complicated...Mijo's mother is asking Injo to please "save her daughter" from the pain i guess.She doesnt care what happened between the 2 of them, she's only concerned about Mijo and that it's Injo's responsibility to "save" her. Dangdang dang... it's really a nice story. Seriously. It's like having a peek a another culture. It's way different from another fave soap of mine, "Inocente Di Ti", spanish naman, every 3pm. Rich dying lady adopts a very beautiful poor girl who inherits half of all her wealth, much to the changrine of the old lady's sister. So the wicked sis orders her son, to seduce the beautiful girl and wed her, then have her sign a power of attorney then divorce her and they get all the wealth! BWahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! (with thunder and lightning effect). Ohhhhh but wait, they're all about to find out that the poor beautiful girl's real mother is a very famous and rich actress...hehehe they're so fun to watch. Mind you Im no fan of telenovelas, never ever. But these 2 got me watching.
