if there was one word to describe my weekend, it would be: none. hahaha. none as in, my weekend cannot be contained in one effin word. hahaha. :)as you all know, the foundress of The Assumption was proclaimed saint last june 2007. To commemorate this celebration, a mass was held in the Manila Cathedral last aug25, Feast of Marie Eugenie(tama ba???) followed by a reception at Barbara's. but before anything else. i would like to start from the beginning. hahaha...I woke up early in the morning for my nstp that saturday... i went to the rmt pa to check who was there, and i found jojo(jose) instead.... nag chikahan and stuff. tapos i went to the corn fields at around 8am... wala pa rin ang jeep, so i went back to the rmt to wait for the jeep there. (huh??) we had 3 shows that day... 10am, 3pm and 7pm.... the 10 and 3 shows were for the San Beda students... and the 7pm was the gala performance.... so there. (what's there?-natividad) hindi naman ako makakasali sa shows ng sat kasi i have to go somewhere. and everytime someone asks me where are you going, it's so hard to explain. kailangan ko pang ipakilala si marie eugenie... sabihin yung family ko flew in just to attend the mass.... and i have to be there... ang haba ng kailangan kong i-explain. meron pang magtatanong na, "oh, bakit naman kailangan mong mag attend ng mass na yun? devotee kba?" uhh. hindi, assumptionista po ako, and i try not to miss masses na we usually attend nung hs kami. and this one is a major mass. bwahaha. and why did my family fly to manila just for the mass? simple lang. we are all alumnis(alumnae? alumna? sorry) hahaha. and my cousins are two of the "marie eugenie"s marching with a white rose sa mass... bakit cla magmamarch, because they are one of the miracles of marie eugenie dito sa philippines... i mean, again. uhh. parang, they are the fruit of the intercession of marie eugenie. DI KO MA EXPLAIN. wag na kasi ok? so it's a big thing and i had to go. hahaha. so there (what's there?)i went back to the dorm, and called oli up.. she said wala daw kaming nstp.. so ok. goodjob. i decided to run to the LRT nlng and go to magallanes.... i was sooo helpless kasi no one in my lola's condo was available to fetch me here. and it was my first time to MRT, alone. all the way to magallanes. good thing, i had my trusty ipod with me. haha. and when i got off the mrt, i knew lola's condo was just 5mins away from the station, still. i took the cab. i deserve to. HAHAA. wala pang change yung driver sa 500. hai nako. people should bring change everywhere they go. pano pag na stranded cla sa island, tapos may vendo ring naka land sa shore. tapos dahil may topak, P10 lang ang tinatanggap na coins. pano yun kung puro 500 ang dala mo. (wahahah. tinitira ko self ko!!! at SYEMPRE! STRANDED KA NA NGA, BASAGIN MO NA YUNG VENDO TIMEE!!!!!!!) yun.when i arrived, we left kaagad for rob galle... at nakakatawa. we weren't really sure which lane kami pupunta. so. ewan ko, tito made a right bigla. hahaha... tapos nahuli kami ng mmda.... it was a very expensive mistake. ask me nlg kung mgkano binayaran ni tito. haha. illegally of course. hahaha.. these are the times na sobrang agree ako sa mga ganyan. pero come to think of it, parang ayoko rin. if every person in this world says "sir, cge na ho, first time ko naman toh eh.... warning nalang po ngayon sir.." wala talagang mangyayari sa world na toh. sa dami ng drivers dito na hindi pa nag ffirst time, ano kaya ang mangyayari sa pinas. tsk. pero still, good thing we got out of that. exempted kami. LOL. pramis di na mauulit. haha. (made me realize too, na ayokong mag drive. haha) when we arrived sa galle, the kids, tita ati and tito jap went to toys r us, tapos ng marie and i went around to look for a dres. (actually, i had a dress na, i just thought na it was too short to wear to a mass. i said, if i could find a prettier dress, then go. if not, i'll just buy leggings nlng.) tapos yun. inikot namin ang galle in 30 mins for that dress, unfortunately, wala. huhuh. so i bought the leggings nlng. tapos we went back to toys r us, and alyssa of course, has toys na. we ate at Burgoo coz they were craving for pizza. can i just say, you should all try their Iced Mango Tea. yum yum. anyway. we went home just in time to dress up for the mass. AND GUESS WHAT. DI KO SINUOT YUNG BINILI KONG LEGGINGS. wala lang. hahaha. di naman pala sha short. hahaha.tapos. ang lakas ng loob namin na magdala ng car, without the driver, tapos lahat kami walang alam kung saan ang manila cathedral. of course we all knew nasa intramuros yun, pero the lefts and the rights of the roads. sorry. still, wala lang. assumed na may ESP kaming lahat. hahaha... anyway. we left the condo at 4pm... we arrived at exactly... hmm... 5+ na.... pag dating namin, the marie eugenies were about to march na!!! buti nakahabol cla. hahahaha.. and we got seats pa... hahaha... i thought mainit sa loob, tapos super boring. but i like the whole event. super nice. and holy. (pics to come)after the mass, cympre picture picture... (ac pipol, i saw sir macalanggan. bwahahha. with his fatherly attire. and i remembered na gna singgitan lang na xa ni tecia sng highschool. haha) and we went to barbara's. i love laing. wala lang. sarap eh. yum. tapos tita cynch has a friend na priest, who's rich. lol. bsta, once, we got together tapos he treated us to dinner. wala lang. tapos after ng mass, he drove us out of intramuros hanggang greenbelt coz we wanted coffee after dinner... hahahaha... i told tita cynch, "tell fr. edwin if he would like to join us for coffee.. para treat nya!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" i said pa, na if ever pumayag si fr. edwin, sa Max Brenner kami. if not, sa sea best nlng. hahaha. unfortunately, di daw sha sasama kasi. ewan ko. he wants the driver to rest daw. bwahahha. but STILL. WE WENT TO MAX BRENNER.to close the chika from aug25, i'd say. THE DAY WAS HEAVENLY. aug26.... according to tita ati's itenerary.... AM-Serendra, PM-glorietta EVE- dinner at tita bebet's house(ayala heights) we woke up mga 9 na cguro... had breakfast at tito felix's condo.... tapos went to serendra!!! first stop. CROCS. tito jap bought alyssa and tita ati crocs! cute crocs! :) sad to say i'm not a crocs person. i'm more of a havi person. haha. so we went to all flipflops. and it was sooo sad. i found pretty white slim havies, and they didn't have my size!!! HUHUUU. sad. sad. tapos we ate lunch sa Pizza Company sa market! market! and then went back to serendra to shop more. i looove serendra. hahahaha. btw, after lunch, WE WENT TO CUPCAKES by Sonja. yum yum yum yum yum. huhuhuhuuhuhuhuh. i want more. tapos went around pa....... we went to krispy kreme too.... and we saw keith martin there. BWAHAH. had sooo much fun. 5pm, we had to go home kasi nga may dinner pa..... but we left at around 7pm kasi people had to dress up pa and stuff.... hahahathen dinner at tita bebet's was heavenly too. suuuper yum. can i just say that. prawns... pasta... beef... chicken... garden salad. shet. yum yum. and i'm tired of blogging na. i was supposed to do my english report. ahahhaahpics to follow. i am tired.
